The Black Diamond Villa Cassiope is spread out on a land of about 8,400 sq. meters which extends from the main road all the way to the sea.

The main house has five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, while the pool house has another two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This year two additional guest rooms were constructed, therefore, the total property offers 10 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, therefore suitable for 16-18 guests.

Location wise, the property is extraordinary: accessible by sea (suitable for yachts), beautiful sea views, ten minutes ride from Mykonos town, sheltered from the North winds and facing East, thus avoiding excessively high temperatures from the afternoon onwards.

The pool has seawater which is a big advantage, while there is also access to a small private beach with pebbles and a wooden deck.

BRIEF LAYOUT

The villa is suitable for 18-20 persons in 10 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning.

Ground floor

– Master bedroom (approx 35 sq. meters) with queen size bed, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, TV and DVD, en-suite bathroom with built-in shower.
Decoration in white colour. From this bedroom, you can really hear the sea.
– Double bedroom with queen size bed (approx. 30 sq. meters), air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV & DVD, en-suite bathroom with built-in shower.

Decoration in beige tones. The bedroom has access to the lower private terrace.
– Children’s bedroom (approx. 22 sq. metres) with two single beds, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has access to the lower private terrace.

Lower ground floor

– Guest room with queen size bed, air-conditioning, TV, DVD player and en-suite bathroom
– Two rooms for staff with a shared bathroom

Pool Guest House

– Guest room (approx. 15 sq. metres) with two single beds attached one to the other with bathroom
– Guest room (approx. 15 sq. metres) with queen size bed, air-conditioning, TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom

– Guest room (approx. 12 sq. metres) with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom – Small kitchenette and sitting area with TV.

Upper-level Guest House
